Shipping Policy

We currently ship only to street addresses within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for signature-required services, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories, freight forwarders, or international destinations. Orders identified as shipping outside these areas may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after that cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day. Order verification, payment review, address correction, high-volume periods, and inventory availability may extend processing times. Estimated processing and delivery windows are estimates only, not guarantees, and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

Delivery normally lands within 2–5 business days after dispatch for standard service, subject to carrier performance. Carrier delays, weather events, natural disasters, labor actions, network outages, customs holds, or other events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure") may extend delivery times. Ankor Peptide is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or Force Majeure.

You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment. Orders shipped to an incorrect address you provided, returned to sender for an incorrect address, or undeliverable for any reason attributable to you may be reshipped only after you pay any additional shipping and handling costs, or may be cancelled with a refund of the product cost less shipping and a restocking fee at our discretion.

All purchases are shipped F.O.B. origin. Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the package from our facility. Once a package has been tendered to the carrier, Ankor Peptide is no longer in possession or control of the shipment. Any loss, theft, damage, or delay occurring after that point is the responsibility of the carrier, subject to the claim procedures below.

A tracking number is emailed when the carrier picks up the package. If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

• Check with neighbors, mailrooms, building management, and household members.
• Look for a carrier notice or attempt-delivery slip.
• Contact the carrier directly to open a delivery investigation.
• File a police report if the package was stolen after delivery.

Ankor Peptide is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost, stolen, or missing from the delivery location. We may, at our sole discretion, assist with a carrier claim, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed in these circumstances.

Inspect your package upon arrival. If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, or if tracking has not updated for more than 10 consecutive business days after dispatch, you must notify us at info@ankorpeptide.com within 72 hours of the delivery scan or the tracking stall date, whichever applies. Your notice must include the order number, photographs of the outer packaging and product, and, when applicable, any carrier reference number. Claims submitted after 72 hours may be denied.

Approved claims are resolved, at our sole discretion, by reshipment of the affected items or a refund of the item cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Packages that are refused by the recipient, unclaimed after carrier attempts, or returned to us for any reason attributable to the buyer (including refusal at delivery, failure to sign, or failure to retrieve from a carrier hold) are treated as buyer cancellations. In those cases, the original shipping charges, return-to-sender fees, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from any refund. Ankor Peptide reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers with a pattern of refused or undeliverable shipments.

Vials ship in insulated mailers with cold packs when ambient conditions require it. Outer packaging is plain and unbranded. All shipments are marked For Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption. Cold packs may thaw during transit; thawed cold packs alone do not indicate that product integrity has been compromised. Store products per the labeled conditions immediately upon receipt.

By placing an order, you certify that you are at least 21 years old, that you are a qualified researcher acquiring the products solely as chemical reference materials for in vitro laboratory research, and that you will not administer, resell, repackage, or distribute the products for human or veterinary use. Ankor Peptide reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order that we reasonably believe violates this certification, our Terms, or applicable law.

Once an order has been submitted, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Requests received before the order enters fulfillment will be honored when possible. Orders that have already been prepared, packed, or handed to the carrier cannot be cancelled and must be handled through the return process, if any, described in our Return Policy.

Because Ankor Peptide ships only within the United States, no customs duties or import taxes apply. Applicable U.S. sales taxes, where required, are calculated at checkout. Any additional carrier surcharges (such as address correction fees or re-delivery fees) that are billed to us as a result of buyer-side errors may be passed through to the buyer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ankor Peptide's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to shipping, delivery, delay, loss, damage, or non-delivery is limited to the amount you paid for the affected products. In no event will Ankor Peptide be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of use, loss of research time, or spoilage of unrelated materials. Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Orders are screened for fraud, sanctions, and eligibility. We may request additional verification (such as photo ID, billing verification, or research affiliation) before releasing an order. Orders that cannot be verified within a reasonable time may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

Ankor Peptide may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Effective date." The version in effect on the date your order is placed governs that order.
